This is the second controller that I had to replace because the USB port had a short or became shorted out. You should probably by the charging port.

Buttons seem loose. Especially when it vibrates. It states it is a Microsoft remote but is not firm buttons like the one that came with the Xbox.

Drifting right out of the box

I’ve bought 2 controllers and had to return them both because they body drifted to the right. I get it, one product out of a whole bunch may be defective, but when it happens two times in a row, than that’s no isolated case. I’ve decided to save my money and keep using my 3 year old controller and it’s slightly sticky triggers because it works s better than a brand new one out of the box...

Having trouble using it as a 2nd controller, won't stay synced and sometimes interferes with 1st controller, may not be the controller.

No complaints. Everything seemed to work fine. This was eventually returned with the system and I switched to the PS4 Pro and couldn't be happier.

Basically you’re paying for a few hundred hours of good gameplay, until the right bumper springs decide to fail.

As above. Seem to get about 1 year out of these before they break. Would rank it higher if either the price was less, or it lasted longer.

It's a give or take like with any remote

Bought this about two months ago and the A button is messing up already. Have to press it a bit harder now. I recommend getting the geek squad protection plan because these things tend to happen with any remote for any console tbh. It's better to buy this one though since other remotes have tons more problems happen and have cheaper parts in them. Springs, joysticks etc.
