Left analog keeps breaking

This is the 4th or 5th controller for he Xbox One where the left analog breaks. It winds up clicking out of place, making any fast paced game (sports, racing, fighting, etc) difficult to play. I have had Xbox 360 controllers for 10 years and they still work. I don't know what Microsoft did with these new controllers, but the quality of the internal pieces is horrendous.

They allbseem to end up having issues either with sticky buttons or drifting. Of course xbox is aware if this and continues to offer crappy warantee periods and over priced controllers. Whats worse is that you need these to play wirelessly and the knock off controllers are hit or miss. So needless to say they got more of my money. Hope this one lasts.
