It’s no longer recognized by usb or Bluetooth. I’ve tried on my pc and a friend’s. I keep getting that the device is malfunctioned when connecting it via cable. The controller wasn’t in Device Manager and since the PC didn’t recognize it, it can’t be found in Xbox Accessories. Microsoft’s help pages suggest replacement. But it’s outside the 90 warranty. I don’t own an Xbox, this was just for my PC. My only remaining hope that I didn’t waste so much money is that by connecting it to my friends Xbox I will find a firmware update to fix this. I know there are duds out there, but as a first time buy for Xbox this definitely will stop me from buying anymore products from Microsoft for some time. Both PlayStation and Nintendo have year long controller warranties, follow suit.

He has been using it for 4 weeks and it broke already. The analog stick is no longer working properly, so it is useless to him. He is very careful with his electronics, so I can't blame user error here. For the price, I think you are paying for looks versus function. Very disappointed.
