It often disconnects with the slightest movement. This was an issue even with the launch controllers. The right trigger on my controller sticks or catches from the inside when pulling. Looks great and feels great otherwise but still going to return.

Fast forward to the beginning of January 2019 and it is now broken. The toggle buttons don’t work now and he can’t use it. I’m disappointed because it was pretty pricey and an original XBox brand controller. Obviously it’s toomlate to return at this point. :(

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My problem isn’t with the controller as much as it is with Best Buy...I had ordered this for in-store pickup, the controller was not available close by but after some searching I found it about 45 minutes away excited I ordered the controller and started to head over to the store... after arriving I was not sure where to go to pickup my purchase so I went inside, there I was greeted by the front door woman who was very hostile and treated me as I was a child after rudely telling me where to go I followed her instructions, only to get there and the other employees telling me the controller wasn’t there and that it was just too bad...I’m not one to usually complain about these things but it left a bitter taste after the controller wasn’t even there and basically all the employees acted childish and rude.
