Great look and feel, until the drift sets in
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The look of this controller is great. The feel is good. However, this was my 2nd time with this controller, the first time after 6 months it started having controller drift, so I used my warranty and got a new one. However, this time, the drift started at 3 months. And now, at 4 months, the controller drift is so bad, I can barely aim properly down sights. My character will drift left or right and I cannot get him to stop moving. The controller also disconnects from my xbox all of the time now. Most recent experience I was in Warzone and controller disconnected while I was in the middle of the road on circle 5. Thankfully no one saw me. And of course this all starts right after the return period ends, and I will have to spend money with Best Buy to exchange it using the warranty. Its just really frustrating.

Right stick was drifting right out of the box.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stick Drifting right out of the box. No choice but to keep it because Best Buy has zero stock on most anything. Said I had to wait for two weeks for them to come back. By then my return date will expire. Bestbuy x Microsoft is a disappointment.

Posted .Hey there,
It's great to hear that you think this is a good controller. While it does come with two AA batteries, we also recommend investing in a rechargeable battery pack if you're a frequent gamer. We recommend the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit, which offers up to 30 hours of battery life on a single charge and can be fully recharged in just under four hours. It can be found on BestBuy.com here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/microsoft-xbox-one-play-charge-kit-black/9008298.p?skuId=9008298
Hope that helps,
Chuck

Looks great, but didn’t last
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After about six months of use, one of the joysticks now goes haywire anytime it’s turned on. I don’t know what the issue is… And it’s uncorrectable. I can’t compensate by manually moving the joystick… Something is wrong and it just throws the cursor off in one direction no matter what I do on the physical controller.

Has high pithched wine and kills batterys
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This came with two Spanish and durcells that last all of a few hours before I lost controller vibration and then connection all together and then again when I put in a pair of brand new kodak batterys. Trying brand new just bought durcells, still have the high pitch wine but so far a few days of play and no connection issues

Microsoft Blue Xbox One controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly loved the design of this controller! However when it got delivered the control would just randomly disconnect out of now where I bought it brand new for 70 dollars. Now I need to get a new one in order to play any games.
