Keeps disconnecting

It’s one month and one day old and I’m hoping that my local Best Buy will exchange it for me. I’m not sure if it’s just mine or if it’s a common problem, but a problem it definitely is. Using it is almost impossible.

It does have extended BT range, was able to use it using xbox mirror to a PC at the back of the house with no issues or lag.
