Everything was working fine until about a week ago when the right bumper began to falter. Sometimes it responds but mostly it does not. Went online to Microsoft Support, went through the steps and arrived at Request a Replacement Controller, only to find out that it is only warrantied for 90 days! I have only had this controller for 5 months and now I have to buy a new one according to Microsoft; this sucks bad, accessories should be warrantied for 1 year like everything else. Very disappointed and $63.00 down the drain!!

Also the buttons and sticks felt a little off like the kind is self moving from a 3 or more years old controller and sticky buttons

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this control only lasted about a week before it started coming in contact with multiple problems. problems you shouldnt come across if you’re taking good care of your products which i do. first, it started having issues with the left analog stick in which it wouldn’t let you double tap to sprint in shooting games. secondly, the audio wouldn’t work on my headset and i’m sure it had to do with the controller because my headset works with all my other three controllers except this one. and last but not least the usb entrance on the top of the control doesn’t work either. so i can’t even charge my rechargeable battery on this control and it’s annoying having to switch it back and forth. sadly i lost my receipt or else i would’ve returned in a heartbeat
