I have had it for about a month and a piece broke inside the controller and is rattling around and the Left-Bumper will not respond. I would like to return it, but am unable to since I do not have the original packaging.

The durability of this control is poor especially for something that is 1st Party Microsoft.

Super duper quality, guys. Otherwise it does have a better texture than the old ones and it the sticks feel grippier somehow. Solid pluses, just wish it didn't drift your aim when you aren't touching the controller.
