Stick Drift after 6 months
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product was purchased in september of 2020. In the beginning of March my controller developed a stick drift in the right analog stick. It did not last me that long and now have issues trusting xbox controllers.

Randomly disconnects from console
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The firmware must be screwed up. The controller randomly disconnects from the Xbox One, a problem I’ve never had with my other three controllers. Have to re-sync the controller to console at least twice a day. Do not trust.

Was amazing at first for the first 2 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were so happy to get this controller. It was cool looking, worked great & even better than all the rest of the controllers we had. Bought it in October & wrapped it for Christmas for my son. So, mind you regardless when I purchased it, it had not been used in October and not until christmas day. So fast forward to January, controller is acting up, you can hear a piece rattling around in it. We take it back to best buy to return it. "you purchased it in October" they say. I gave it as a christmas present & we started using it at the end of December, so it has been less than a month. Well call Microsoft then. Wow, as much money as I spend at this store, this is the response for a defective controller that has been used for less than a month.

R1 stopped working after two months
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like these controllers, but R1 stopped working after two months of not so rigorous game play. Not sure if it's common for these controllers, but this is my second xbox one controller where the R1 became inconsistent.

Cheap plastic controller
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Where the controllers casing meets it’s not lined up and when I’m holding the controller I can feel the unevenness of the plastic. Poor construction. On my other controllers they are smooth and flush.

Product didn’t work
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller worked for a total of about 5 minutes. After that, nothing! Would not turn on, would not connect, would not do anything. It did work well for those 5 minutes however. Am returning to the store.

Controller does not power using batteries
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am an occasional gamer. It may be hard to believe but I have only used this controller on three occasions. On the second occasion the battery died that came in the package. I thought they went dead after two days. So, I connected the USB to the controller. For months I did not use the controller. Today, when I put new batteries in, the controller turned on then off. I updated the firmware and restarted everything per Xbox troubleshooting and nothing. Now I am out of warranty. I must spend another 50 bucks. I purchased this one to replace my other malfunctioning controller. I don't know what to think of this product other than poorly made device.

Broke after 1 day.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller shut off in the middle of a game after 1 day of use. It did turn on only if I left it plugged into a USB port, but it is supposed to be wireless so I returned it to Microsoft for a warranty replacement.
