This controller looks great. Feels better than the "standard" controller and it was the only controller available from Best Buy at the time. Unfortunately, this controller is not very responsive. It regularly loses connection with my Xbox One. Occasionally it will re-acquire connection on its own moments later. The only Other solution is to remove the battery and reinsert it. This works 60% of the time. Sadly, these issues occurred past the return policy, and none of them manifested in the first 30 days I owned the controller. Do not waste your money on this controller.

These controllers never last more than 6 months. My boys have been gaming for years and we continuously buy controllers and headsets. Wish they would make these better quality to last longer

Loved this controller like my only son, starts drifting a year later almost to the day. Unfortunately this was past the short warranty Microsoft gives on their controllers.

I used this controller with windows 10 and had issues with it disconnecting. I changed the battery but that did not help. I tested with another controller and the other one worked just fine. I must have gotten a bad one.

After having this controller for a month or two the right thumb stick started tracking. After getting a second controller and having the same issue I decided to go with the elite series 2 and couldn't be happier.

This is the first controller I’ve had that has broken. The plastic is very thin and easily chipped around the handles. It is also painted white, so the paint scratches off very easily.

Surprised how disposable these controllers are getting, especially for the price. Had to return this one because of drift. However, have had the same problem with the elite controllers as well.

Not a fan of the xbox controllers. Got this controller cause the one that comes with the xbox one x Felt like a kid's cheap plastic toy. This one seems about the same. Can't compare to the superior Play station controller.

I bought this product about a month and a half ago, it worked alright for about a month. The left joystick I thought always felt off, then it started making my characters/players move out of control. I've reverted to my original controller.

I picked this up Black Friday so I can match my white Xbox One. Unfortunaly the texture of this controller is different than original Xbox One controllers and it picks up dirty very easily and it's hard to remove. Buy a different color if you can

I purchased this controller as a open box at a reduced price. I bought in anticipation of madden 21 coming out in about a month. I didn’t attempt to use it until 30 days later, the release date of madden 21. It wouldn’t power up with batteries so I had to use my use usb cable. When I used my cable it did work but it put off a burning smell with inside of the controller. I couldn’t return it to Best Buy because I was beyond the amount of days alotted for returns by Best Buy. I reached out to Microsoft who agreed to replace it because it was under warranty

There have been several instances of the controller disconnecting and having to power cycle the controller in order to reestablish connection. Sometimes happens multiple times in one session. Really frustrating, especially when playing online.

The food art where your head set plugs in is starting to not work at my A10 headset works fine on my other controller. Not even have the remote for 30 days and it started the not work, other than that the remote is fine.
