    Battery backing not good

The backing becomes loose not giving the best connection for the batteries, interrupting game play. Battery packs do not work well for long with this controller. There are better ones.

The controller worked great for two weeks. But on day 15 every button as if it were pressed twice. Best Buy wouldn’t take it back because it was 14 day return policy and it broke on day 15

    RB button stopped functioning

We had the Xbox controller for less than a year and then the RB button just stopped responding. It is a button that is used to throw grenades and others in some games and can't play without that button functioning. So, finally had to return it and since we were covered by a 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, it was a breeze because I brought it to Best Buy, I was told by the Geeks that they won't repair it. Instead they gave me a new replacement. I was happy with that service even if the product disappointed.

We purchased this controller and it broke a little after 4 months. Buttons sticking and not working properly with the console. :( Get the 2-year warranty for $20, you'll need a new one within that period.

The controller looked vibrant and brilliant in the pictures. Ordered it online and at pickup, it was dull and boring. Other than the grips, it is just like any other controller.

This is probably my 5th controller this year. They seem to be decreasing in quality and durability. The RB button doesn't engage on this unit.

I got two exchanges for this controller and both joysticks for the two BRAND NEW controllers were messed up. By messed up I mean the joy sticks were defective , they were drifting in my games.

Great product, weak return policy. A 15 day return limit is absolutely ridiculous. I might as well have purchased on Amazon. With a return policy like yours, I do not see your company existing in a few years.

X Box controllers are made of glass

I have gone through about 6-7 controllers and thought I should finally write a review. These controllers are made of glass, drop it from the couch and the trigger breaks, the L2 button breaks, I've have a controller right now where the rubber fell off both thumb sticks and now your thumbs slip off. Wish there was a better alternative. For now I use the best buy warranty and usually replace once every year or 2 which helps with the cost.

The controllers always have some problem. Can't be a daily user and expect the thing to consistently perform at the same rate. Main problem is the drift in the analogy sticks.

A pretty nice color, although to the touch I prefer the PS4, in addition to being a headache the short duration of the batteries, I do not recommend using that if it is for PC.

Only 2 weeks old and one of the top left buttons is already getting stuck. (He's a neat freak with keeping hands clean, so it's definitely not food related) the other one is working fine. Needs consistency.
