Controller only lasted 7 months, reached out to Xbox and they would not replace. Limited use not excessive so I’m super surprised that the buttons seized up.

I got this along with a red one. Great controllers to match with the same color headsets. Only problem is this controller drained the brand new rechargeable batteries in about 4 hours worth of play. I though it was the batteries but I used the same batteries in my own controller and replaced his but the batteries worked fine in my controller but drains the new set of batteries in the same amount of time. He'd to return it without anymore in stock. Not best buys fault it was a manufacturer default

This controller only lasted about 3 months. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing issue or if my kids were just too rough with it. Had to buy a new one to replace it.

Xbox controllers are so poorly mad, over the years I’ve had to replace ao many due to drifting. Sad and i hope they fix this issue with next gen controllers

All the new controllers I've gotten seem to have wirless connectivity problems. They'll always disconnect at some point mid game and it gets pretty frustrating trying to game and trying to connect the controller back and sometimes will never reconnect until some time later, this is my 3rd one, the original one I have from the sunset overdrive bundle still works amazing wirless connection wise but has messed up where you connect the headset adapter unfortunately

I always by the geek squad replacement warranty with the x box controllers, we are on our 5th one in 2 years. This one had drifting issues right out of the box.

These controllers break rather easily. I always get analog stick drift within a year of use sometimes within months. This one has analog stick drift already.

I feel like I'm buying a new controlled every couple months because of it getting awful drift on a toggle. Might as well start buying knockoff brands at this point.

Microsoft should stick with software. This is a replacement of a replacement that ended up having to be replaced because various buttons stop working.

Had problems with this controller. The buttons kept getting stuck. Exchanged and still had the same problems. We no longer use it. Only lasted us about 6 months.

Will not stay synced with the xbox unless it is plugged in. Have charged it fully and resynced multiple times. But of course I have thrown the receipt away.

This would not power on with the batteries. I tried other batteries that had been tested and they didn't work either. I sent it back and was refunded my money.

These xbox controllers do not last at all. Even with extreme care the left and right bumpers will eventually go out.

This is our 6th Xbox controller we have purchased that does no work consistently with various headsets. It is extremely frustrating when all my son wants to do is talk to his friends while playing and he can only do it sometimes when it happens to be working. We have purchased new headsets that work with other consoles but have yet to find a controller that works with the headsets for more than a week. Also frustrated because they just stopped working and I believe we are a couple days past the 2 week return period.

Getting ready to return this today. These just aren’t made well, no matter if you buy Microsoft’s brand or not. But what to do, gotta have a controller right?

Have had numerous controllers like this one, but in different colors and they've been garbage. Buttons either don't work properly out of the box or shortly after.

Not sure what's going on with Xbox but i've had two controller now wear unusually fast. this one having an A button worn down after two months of use,

Poor quality. I’m not sure if its even an authentic xbox controller. Even fully charged, this controller turns off randomly during game play. It has caused me much frustration and many losses because of it. In order to get it to work again, i need to remove the battteries and reinsert them. In the amount of time it takes to do this, then turn it on, and then wait for it to pair to the xbox, I’ve been either killed or the game has now ended. It’s crap.

It was great at first , loved the colorway . One week after the A and B buttons started to stick tremendously. I didn’t drop anything on it or spill anything into it either
