This is not an issue with Microsoft. The XBOX ONE controller is an excellent device. My issue is with Best Buy's quality control. The controller had been heavily used, repackaged and resold under the description: "Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging." What I received was a controller with heavily worn joystick posts. This has been a disappointing experience with Best Buy; just a big waste of time.

Bought this extra controller to play with my son, was not a great experience overall. Was really hoping it would be more fun. Prob time for a redesign.

Controller looks awesome but it doesn't stay connected to the Xbox. Got it as a Christmas gift and it just always looses connection even after we set it up to his account :/

This controller was used maybe 3 times in the first month we had it...totally useless after that. Won't stay connected and joystick doesn't work when it is connected..just goes wild

This controller seems to at random disconnect and require reconnection while still showing that it is connected despite the Xbox not receiving it.

I wish I would have used this sooner as I didn't want to use it right away but upon playing some games I noticed I had the left stick drift. Beautiful controller though.

I loved the rubber grip to this controller. Unfortunately, the left thumb stick began to stay in the forward position. Had to return it.

Death by StickDrift. Barely got 4 months out of it before it was drifting so badly it's unusable.

Got it on black friday with the xbox one battlefield 1 edition & after only a few times being used, it stopped working wirelessly. It only works now via usb connection & I'm not sure why.

You don't get what you pay for at all in this controller, it looks great but it's performance is poor. It always disconnects at random and the analogs stick.

Cool controller. Unfortunately, we had to take it back because some of the buttons stopped responding. GET THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION!

Stick drift after less than 9 months with sporadic use.

The controller functions well overall. It's the 3.5mm headset jack that fails first. I've gone through 3 controllers already and this is always the first part ti break. All I've been doing is unplugging my Cloud Core 2 headset from it to my PC and the headset port on my PC has outlasted 3 of these xbox one controllers. Now I'm on my fourth but I went and bought the headset chat adapter and so far that's worked out longer. So buyer beware. These controllers aren't made like they used to be.

They shipped it in a bag with 2 DVD and the box is all damaged. I just hope the controller is ok. My one of the two movies was also damaged.

I was hesitant to buy an open boxed controller but the Best Buy associate convinced me that the controllers are tested and should work fine. That wasn’t the case, I immediately noticed that the left joy stick had a minor jamming problem and my character would move forward and backward without me even touching the controller. I’ll have to return this item which is a pain, but I’ve learned my lesson. Next time instead of trying to save a few bucks I’m going to go with a new controller.

After a couple months the buttons stopped working. Had this problem with the controller the Xbox came with too. Not sure what to do here.

This controller has difficulties remaining charged for us. Not sure why but we have plenty and it figures only the new one is hvcing these issues. Kids love the look though!

Controller started coming apart within a month of owning it. Then the audio jack quit working. Poor quality control. Expect better than this from Xbox and Microsoft

Love the game this control simply has a cheap wrap applied nothing special the in game skin is glitched out on Xbox so waste of money. Love pubg so u get 2 stars
