    Bad thumb sticks

The left thumb sticks broke on 2 within 2 weeks. I heard from other people(including a geek squad worker) that there might be an issue with them. Go with the standard black controller.

Needs to come with rechargeable batteries. No reason not to be able to plug into Xbox to recharge without buying rechargeable batteries

The left trigger has a plastic spur in side it and every time I pull it, it catches it and does a clicking thing. I am hoping it will work itself out.

I've been using the black controllers for years without any problems, I just got this white one amd my kid dropped it and the knob broke(left joystick) I think it's a weaker build.

Quality is cheap. Probably because I bought an Elite Series 2 controller. Now everything just feels like cheap plastic.

These controllers seem to be getting cheaper the quality of these controllers leave alot to be desired. These are two month controllers for a gamer at best.

I bought my girlfriend this remote and it worked for about a week's worth of use all together before demonstrating a number of functional problems, mainly inability to connect to the system or to the wifi no matter how near or far it was placed to the system, or it would just freeze entirely altogether. I even changed the batteries twice with two brand new ones each time just to see if that helped and it honestly made it work even worse it seemed. I am so disappointed!! so frustrating

Nice controller, but the blue is nowhere near the same color on the website or the box. Was disappointed to see when it was opened as a Christmas present.

It works but the "A" button has a dead spot. I have purchased 4 of them from different Best Buys and another competitor and they all have the same issue. So, it's the batch of controllers from mid 2019 to now that have this issue. I did the research. You want a early 2019 or before. I would not recommend this unless you normally press buttons hard and straight down.

I don't understand how a company like Microsoft produces such poorly made products. This had nothing but problems right out of the box, several of the buttons squeaked, the RF connection hissed when connected wirelessly, the connection dropped, and the plastic edges don't even align well. Any other day I'd assume I got a Chinese knockoff, but I bought another with the exact same problems. Wow.

I have had this controller for about 4 months. I only use it on PC for games I want to use a controller on, so not super often. (Mainly for gta, rocket league, and any racing games) After about 3 months of use the right bumper is almost 100% broken as it does not work consistently at all. Brand new controller already is almost unusable because of the one button. 60 dollars for something worth 20 max.

This sticks start going after about 3-4 months of play. The headset screw something up with controllers as well and headsets stop working as well.
