Unfortunately I didn't open it for a while and the exchange/return time had passed. Does NOT WORK with ANY of my Xbox One headsets which all work effortlessly and without any issues on all my other Xbox One controllers. (If you are wondering..... Yes my other controllers all have a 3.5 jack for stereo headset input)

Poorly made Red Sports remote

The same problem with all 3 remotes was tbe left joystick would break, it would get stick in the press down position, and not pop back up. They last about 3 months or less Before the same issue arises. I've reported the issue but no response back yet.

Unfortunately I did not buy the warranty deal because I would assume that this controller would not have the issues it has. I will not buy a controller from BEST BUY AGAIN. High dollar with terrible play. I could understand if I bought it used, but I paid top dollar just because of the color.
