I bought and returned two of these that had the exact same problem. The left trigger on both of the brand new controllers had a distracting, scratchy/crunchy feel towards the bottom of the press. I can't recommend these. I ended up getting another style and it had no issues that these have.

Analog Controller part broke gone through 2 of them but my kids are rough with Controller

Every controller I get eventually has ghost movement from the analog stick.

I bought this controller 4 months ago, at the 3 month mark i got controller drift. Even when i didnt touch the analog sticks on fps they would move by themselves and same thing on the menus.. unfortunately i think Microsoft are using cheap parts on these because my last controller had the same issue.Im tired of paying $70 every 3-4 months. Hope they smarten up or ill be switching to ps4.

They are making them so cheap the controller is broken already. I didn’t have my receipt so I could exchange it

Have broken 5 of these with normal madden and FIFA wear and tear. Get an elite and get the warranty

I got the controller broken but the costumer service helped me get a new one and it works fine.

This controller works fine except for the headphone jack that broke 2 days out of return period.

Product stopped functioning properly within 90 days; joy-stick floates independently

This is the second Xbox One / Windows controller I bought that broke on me. The left thumb stick breaks from use over a couple months forcing me to buy another one at $60+. I think I might explore a generic brand next time or get a warranty or something. It's awful that a controller needs a warranty and you can't even get a year out of it.

Thumbstick drift has been an issue with most Xbox controllers, but this one only lasted 2-3 months before this happened, games are unplayable now. Most normal Xbox controllers last much longer than this one. Higher Price does not mean higher quality in this case. Would recommend third party and original controllers over this one for a cheaper cost.

Broke playing NHL 20 after holding up just long enough to get out of the return period :(

My left joystick broke but they do on most of my controllers. If you game hard like me they break.

We have purchased this controller 3 times in less than a year! I am gentle with my equipment, there is no reason they should stop working...yet they all do within a short time. Microsoft products are trash. We have had this happen with the headsets as well. We switched to a sony console just for this reason.

Bought this as a Xmas gift and only lasted a year before the headphone jack wouldn't work.

Broken out of the box. Used it a couple weeks after I bought it to find the A button is broken, you have to really push it hard for it to work. The guy asked if I wanted to purchase the warranty when I bought it so I said yes. After finding the receipt to bring it back I see he never added the warranty So now I’m stuck with a 60$ useless controller.

The controller is loud. It kind of drives me crazy when listening to someone playing.

Ok controller, except the controllers don't last more then 6 months or so. For the cost of replacements it become expensive
