I bought this 10/23/19 of this year and the controller had some connectivity issues at first. I figured it was just a new product. It was already past the return days and eventually when using it the controller randomly disconnects from my xbox. Not allowing me to play the game or navigate anything. Never buying controllers from here again.

After less than a month of average use, my a button jams and sticks already and I've been incredibly delicate with this controller because I'm sick of buying new ones all the time. I thought that maybe if I bought what seemed to be a special edition controller and might have better luck but obviously I was wrong. Trash!

    Xbox Controllers don't last

For the money they simply do no last long enough. MS and Xbox know this and continue to put out a product that lasts just past the warranty period then breaks, drifts, loses button mapping, etc. I'm not sure what options you have but get a warranty. They last around 120 days, my 4th one that's done the exact same thing.

    Horrible Problems within 4 Months

Owned this controller for 4 months since it would be easier to play with than pairing a Playstation controller. In 4 months time and very small use (5-10 hours a month) it has a horrible drift problem with the right analog stick. Would work great if it wasn't already messed up without the ability to return or RMA it should it be defective.

Why xbox until now do not learn from others. Playstation controller is rechargable. Nitendoo Switch pro controller is rechargable. It is a small change to the controller that will make it better. I don’t recommend any of the xbox products at all. I should switch back to playstation.

I purchased for my son and he only had it 16 days before it burned out. I went back and was told that it was passed the date to exchange the item. The policy is 15 days to return anything in gaming. I'm very disappointed with best buy for not taking care of the customer. I'm also skeptical about buying a new microsoft xbox 1 controller.

This thing has had nothing but connection problems with my Windows 10 PC. I even bought the wireless adapter (even though this has Bluetooth) because it just didn't like to connect. After spending half an hour or so each time, I could usually get it to connect through one of the two options. Now, it has completely stopped working.

      Hey there,

We're sorry that there's an issue connecting to your Windows 10 PC with your Xbox wireless controller. First, we recommend troubleshooting the issue with Xbox Support here: https://aka.ms/AA4w2z7

If that doesn't help, you may want to consider connecting via a USB charging cable instead of wirelessly.

      Hope that helps,
