Unusable and no way for me, the owner of the product to open up the controller and fix it. It’s no secret that Microsoft uses cheap parts. Expected more since the Xbox has been out so long.

I tried all the remedies, and resetting my console. Nothing helped. Microsoft has been getting lazy with their quality standards. Complete disssapointment. Wound not recommend to anyone.

The first broke down after about 2 weeks. The second broke down within 2 days. They got locked moving in one direction and the left thumbstick started doing a weird grinding thing on both.

As soon as the power button is pressed, a 'hissing' sounds come from the top of the controller like a short circuit or something. This is with or without the charging cord. Why is everything disposable...yet still being expensive!?!

The back side did not fit flush you can tell it was 2 different parts. Not only that it squeaked and felt extremely weak. 3 weeks later the thumbstick no longer works. Great.

"Open Box" arrived in poor condition

Grime and dirt in-between all the crevices, and bluetooth did not work. Best Buy didn't offer any solutions to remedy the problem other than returning the controller and spending $20 more to buy a new one.
