Got this controller for a gift. Just recently gave the controller to my girlfriend and the Controller will not work with new batteries. Had to purchase a cable so that she could plug it into the console in order to use it.

Buttons went out. Response time is garbage even on the buttons that “work” no controller is as good as the ones that came with the Xbox. I’ve even gotten custom ones from the Xbox store. Just save the money.

I really really really wanted to give this a good review, but my controller literally crapped out on me out of nowhere with no explanation to be found. My regular one is still going on 2 years and this one only lasted 4 months. very disappointing and a waste of money.

Had the controller for two months and it is already sticking

I've had this controller for 4 months and it looses connection with the xbox every 10 mins. I've done everything possible to fix this according to XBOX but now I have to try to fight to get a replacement.

3 weeks is how long it lasted. It is in perfect CONDITION and just stopped working. I did not purchase the protection plan that you need to purchase extra on every bestbuy item, so I'm screwed and I'm probably done shopping at bestbuy completely.

CONSTANTLY disconnects. Doesn’t matter how many times I replace the batteries or turn off the vibration settings. Literally disconnects in the middle of game play at least every 2 minutes. Do not waste your money.

Does not stay connected to the XBOX. I have never had this problem with an xbox controller so I have no idea what is wrong with it but will have to turn the controller off and on usually two to three times to navigate menu on XBOX home page.

Am Returning this Product purchased it as an open item and it isn't working keeps powering off even with hard wire in it also updated it and seems to keep failing . Will stick with just the Normal ones .

Left thumbstick sticks and hasn't been used much!!

Had to return item. Grips on controller were falling off and controller would not stay on when you hit middle button. Some mechanical issues I’m sure was happening here but brought back and got a new controller.

I think these controllers are pretty low quality for their cost. I have had about 3 in the past 1.5 years that I have gone through and think for $70 a controller they should at least last a year.

The controller broke after 1 month of use. I have purchased 8 or 9 Xbox One controllers. All of them break or stop functioning after a short amount of time. For the price, these things should be far more durable.

Would definitely recommend this purchase to a friend.

Had the controller not even a month and it quit working with my headphones and of course Best Buy didn’t offer a warranty on it and wouldn’t replace it because it had been over 15 days. Never buy from them again!

Drifting is an issue with these controllers. No matter how much I try to clean them it still doesn’t work. I was hoping they’d last longer than two years.

Not sure why but this controller had issues from day 1. I returned it and replace for a standard controller which had no issues. Probably got a bad one. Best was friendly and efficient when I returned it.

I dont think its best buys fault, but Microsoft's. Controller won't stay connected. Tried 3 different sets of batteries and it won't stay synced. Shipping was fantastic. But the product is not.

Controller broke within three months of purchase. I'm an adult gamer who plays casually and I am very gentle on my equipment. Totally unacceptable. Make sure you buy the insurance when you purchase controllers or headsets.
