Bought this controller to replace on older one. After a week of minimal use the left thumb stick was drifting down. Overall I used these in the past and they worked fine but my most recent purchase was a big let down.

Received this in May - It's now August and it doesn't work - it smells like something burned and the lights don't turn on. I called Best Buy and since it's past the refund/exchange time period - there's nothing they can do. $70 down the drain.....

I bought this in Sept. 2017 and by summer of 2018 the right stick has drift to the top. It’s unplayable like this and for $70.00 I would NOT recommend this. Long time customer but very dissatisfied with the quality of this controller.

worked ok for a bit. now it's glitchy and keeps losing connection. even with new batteries. but the return window is closed so now I'm stuck with it I guess.

Xbox controllers suck the audio port on the bottom always breaks it happed to me so many times it just stops working Xbox needs to fix this issue soon or I’m switching to play station.

I’ve only used this controller 4-5 times and the X and Y buttons are becoming unresponsive. The controller has been babied and stored in a clean, dry environment. I expected better from Microsoft.

In my personal opinion for $59.99 not worth it, poor quality don't last for long time they can break easy. If you buy one of this controllers I highly recommend to buy the extra geek warranty.

Ordered the controller and right out of the box the right thumb joystick did not work. Your character would move forward or up automatically and you could not control it. Had to return to Best buy.

This was a gift. And a week after using it bought headphones to use and the jack doesn't work. Tried multiple headphones and nothing. They worked on other controllers. And they are telling me it's to late to return them.

Buttons are stiff compared to my original microsoft controller. The A button wouldn't always respond if not pressed hard. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but it's incredibly short.

Controller seemed fine then stopped functioning as it should less than 2 months of use. I didn't purchase a Best Buy warranty and good luck getting ahold of anyone from Microsoft to help.

it wasn't compatible with my charging stations, when I put the battery in it wouldn't close completely. I have an xbox one not the one s so I guess it only works with the one s charger. I was told it would work but t didn't so I returned it.

After 2 weeks I noticed that the headsets i have inserted were not registering on the xbox. After some research I realized this is a common problem amongst xbox controllers. Of course I didn't get a warranty.

This is my second one, the first one broke within a month (joystick drift). The second one faired a little better but still got the joystick drift and will do commands for buttons I haven’t pressed.

My son got this for Christmas it’s only February 3 and when u plug head phones into the controller u can hear/talk .wehave tried the headphones on another controller the problem is with the controller

Every time I play anything to do with a controller it just keeps disconnecting from itself and I have to consistently turn it back on to reconnect. Never had issues with Xbox but this is just disappointing.

I've bought multiple controllers that will intermittently disconnect even with fresh batteries. Buttons inputs will also stick even though the buttons aren't stuck. Returned and will try another.

This is my fourth or fifth Xbox one controller in under two years. Three have had broken bumpers and now my newest one, less than two months after purchase, no longer recognizes my headset. Unbelievably poor controllers.

I am so sick and tired of purchasing NEW controllers with broken buttons already. The A button is sometimey, sometime you have to tap the A button multiple of times.

The day i got the controller the joystick was pulling to the right. My friend has the same controller and color and his does the same thing. Dont buy this overpriced broken controller
