For some reason the mic outlets broke on two controllers two days after i bought them. You have to angle the mic perfect when plumbing it in or it will damage the inside contact and the mic will not work!

Bought this on a Black Friday deal. I hardly use it. Went to use it tonight and it’s like the controller will only work with the power chord now and the batteries won’t work even when brand new

Bought it July 3. Tried to return it because audio jack import broken by July 31. Couldn’t return it to Best Buy because it was past the 15 days. Never buying another one from them

The product would not stay connected to the Xbox one system. Best buy did a great job of returning and ordering a new one though. Service was great, product no so much.

Unfortunately my controller doesn’t connect to my Xbox anymore after only three months of use. I would return/replace it but I no longer am within the window to return.

I purchased this brand new and I have used it substantially the for the past month playing COD WARZONE. Never dropped or mishandled. RB Button does not register consistently. FML

Said it was geek squad verified, was an open box, but when I got it it wouldn't stay connected to the xbox. I did return it and get a new remote but they didn't have the same one.

Twice the head phone jack stopped working and once the joystick drifted on it’s own. If you buy this remote do not the think twice about getting the protection plan, get it.

Bought this controller for christmas. The controller had a bumper get stuck immediately but was able to be fixed. After two weeks, the right stick has random moments where it loses response and wont' work propery

Worked well with included AA batteries for a few days. Once those batteries were dead, it would not power on with any battery, standard or rechargeable. Luckily Best Buy let me swap it after the 14 day window.

On the back side of the controller the plastic is not flush like every other controller I've had, highly disappointed especially since I paid more than a regular controller costs

It was an open box but it was claimed to be excellent condition and nothing missing in the box . But batteries are missing and it was all scuffed up and covered in dirt

2nd time i bought controller that right analog stick was damaged.few days before i bought this one in different color, the same thing was wrong with the previous controller

The first one we purchased didn't work out the box. Replaced it during the return period. Second broke after 6 months of light use. No longer in warranty.

Started using the controller and the left joy stick is already broken. I would like a refund or a new one. I will send back the broken one this is bs it’s barely been a month

I love the way the controller looks however two of the buttons (A / Y) are very sticky and don’t have good connection apparently with the sensors inside.

This might have been a rare case of a lemon as I've bought other oem xbox controllers in the past without issue but this one right out of the box the mic port wasn't functioning.

This controller did not sync well and I ultimately had to replace. Bestbuy was helpful but I didn't feel I should have had to pay the protection plan fee due to product being defective.

Both xbox controller's have problems with left thumb stick , they stick/ go wrong way ect. Bought a 20 dollar wired one no issues. I might put a little pressure on the controller, but my ps4 one's hold up just fine

Purchase one of these for my son. Got it home got it connected but wouldn't stay connected for more than 5 minutes. Brought it back exchange for the same exact item had the same exact problem.
