Terrible customer service, it was given as a gift and when it was returned to the store for exchange they refused to take it, so i took it to your competitor and they exchanged it. I will never buy from you again.

Make sure you buy the warranty! Great function while it works but dead in less than 60 days. Unfortunately it is the best controller that is affordable.

The controller was broken from the moment we took it out of the box. It’s constantly disconnecting from our Xbox 1X. And a piece of the plastic looks like it’s falling off the controller.

Not good! Owned it for a week and the left analog stick was already pulling my reticle to the left. It has never been dropped. Don’t use anymore. Was a waste of my money.

Not even 2 full days and the left hand grip assembly has come loose and right thumb stick tracks on its own. Would give zero stars if possible. Pathetic piece of hardware

Xbox remotes are terrible and this one is no exception. We treated it like gold and it broke at 91 days. Neither Best Buy or the manufacturer would stand by it.

Okay, so call me stupid, but there was NOTHING on the packaging that indicated this controller would NOT work for an Xbox 360. So I ended up needing to return it. Caveat emptor!

I am not sure as where these gadgets are made, but I am a little mad because the remote broke already. I have to take it back to BB for a refund or exchange. The little toggles are very fragile for kids ...

Never buy anything Xbox. To play a majority af Xbox games you have to pay a membership online to get the games to work. The online membership costs around $100 per year. Go PlayStation.
