I originally purchased a new Sony PlayStation 4 Dual Shock Bluetooth remote to connect to my Amazon Fire TV Stick to play games. I had to use ADB to obtain the Bluetooth address of the Fire Stick and then use another program to assign that address to the Sony controller just to get the Fire Stick to recognize the Sony Controller. Headache. It connected and worked at a short distance, less than 5 feet away. Beyond that and the connection would drop. It worked fine on my Windows 10 laptop and Android tablet. I returned the Sony DS4 remote and bought the SteelSeries Stratus XL. The Stratus XL turned out the be worse than the Sony DS4. This was recognized by the Amazon Fire Stick but would not keep connected. I had further issues with my Windows PC and Android tablet with the A and B buttons going out during play. I would have to turn it off then back on to get the buttons to work again for only a minute or two. You also need their software installed on the Windows PC in order for it to be recognized. After all that hassle I decided to exchange the Stratus XL for this Xbox One Bluetooth controller. This was recognized and paired instantly with the Amazon Fire TV Stick. No extra dongle required like the Xbox 360 wireless remote that connects via 2.5Ghz frequency. So far none of the buttons work as a Home button for the Fire Stick which is a small set back as everything else is working fine. This one also connects to my Windows 10 laptop as it's a Microsoft product and designed for just that purpose. No issues with gaming on my laptop. Also no issues with pairing and gaming on my Android tablet. This was a great buy!

Replacement controller for the son and he seems to like it since he picked it out

I am not a big fan of video games. From time to time, I like to play sports games like FIFA/PES. I have used multiple game controller including the old Xbox controller, PS3/4 controllers, and other third-party products. This new version of Xbox controller, is the best I have used and I think it is the best on the market. Highly recommended. You can use it for Xbox and PC.

I had the first Xbox one controller and it was good, but this one is awesome! Not only is it more advanced and cooler looking and feeling, it has the added benefit of if you want to hear whats going on in the game or show or whatever your using your Xbox for, you can just plug a pair of headphones into it and BAM! You got yourself a personal surround sound theater for netflix!

I love this controller! It had more detail to it then I was expecting! I just wish I could afford to buy both of the minecraft controllers!

Cool controller.works great.has a feature where you can plug in mini mic.so you can use Cortana or talk on live gaming without headphones

I have used so many controllers and none have ever been as good as the xbox one controller. Is is comfortable and the buttons feel good and responsive. Keep in mind that this also also has Bluetooth so it also works on a windows PC with no extra software. Great buy

Now supports Bluetooth, textured grips on the bottom, that's about it. This was a replacement controller but it does feel a lot better than the launch units. XBox updated the controller first time we sync'd it, which was weird... whatever, still works great

After trying another brand bluetooth game controller that worked very poorly I decided to give the Xbox One controller a try. Unlike the other one this controller works very well. Paired easily to my PC and all buttons work with no problem.

Beautiful controller!!!! I've actually been using it more on my PC, but have gotten lots of use out of it for both PC and XBox One. I would recommend spending the extra money to get one of these instead of the cheaper knock off's. The cheaper ones don't last nearly as long, the buttons get stuck, etc. In the long run you might end up spending more money replacing the cheap ones or just wasting your time with a barely functional controller. Took me about 15 seconds to sync it to XBox and PC. The texture of the controller feels great in your hands. As I said before, it looks great as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the grip and the responsiveness this controller gets over the original xbox 1 controller, the added bluetooth for PC and smartphones is really nice. Some reason doesn't connect to my android tablet but will my android phone. Don't think its the controllers fault I have an NVIDIA Shield K1 tablet so mostlikely its them.

I always purchase controllers and headsets from the original manufacturer of the console I'm buying them for. This controller works great just like the ones that come with the xbox one console.
