We bought warranty which in case of anything we are covered. Highly recommend warranty, it’s reasonable price and well worth it. Controllers in much use will eventually need replacement.

Solid controller!

Feels a bit more grippy, like the material is ever so slightly rougher, but that's probably just a manufacturing change because of COVID. Good replacement for a previous broken one.

We have tried the cheaper knockoffs in the past, but always come back to these. Works with our older Xbox One X and now the newer Xbox Series X.

She has had no problems and loves the colors. I got this before the new controllers, so depending on the price difference pick the one with the colors you like.

Great Christmas present

It's White!

It's apparently updated from the controllers I got with my Xbox two years ago. There's a jack for ordinary headphones and they are bluetooth vs IR. However, those are minor changes and the only real difference is that they are white!

Fantastic controller

It feels more responsive and seems to be more sensitive and responsive than other controllers I have used. The color is also a great color. It is pleasing and relaxing to view. I think it costs too much but what can you do?
