Good quality product, with price comparable to what you would find online. It was better to look at it physically, and buy it on the spot. Buying at store always gives a better feeling that you can return/exchange easily if something is wrong with the product or you don't like it. Bestbuy needs to work on improving the quality of customer service though. Sales staff on the floor should be trained to be courteous with the customers.

My son like the sleek, streamlined design and textured grip and he can take it anywhere in the house.

This was a great replacement OEM Xbox controller, I couldn’t bring myself to buying another White controller because they get dirt smudges. This unit has extra grip padding and doesn’t slide around in your hand.

Pick this up for my PC as an extra controller. Took 3 mins to setup. Super easy and so much better using it for Rocket League than mouse and keyboard. If your pc does not have bluetooth, get a dongle. Perfect.

Picked this controller up on Black Friday for 40 bucks much better than the normal $60

This is a Christmas present for my son, but my other son has this and works perfectly.

All I have to say is I beat my son on a game with this controller. It was very easy to use even though I didn't exactly know what I was supposed to do in the game! My son thought it would be an easy win playing against his mom. How wrong he was! Moms rule with this controller.

Not much to say.. microsoft does a great job. I love the color scheme. Green on grey is super stylish and I feel cool using it. Great product. These remotes always last years and years whenever properly taken care of.

Simply The Best! Better than all the rest! Used to like buying the fancier colors or game logo versions, but that’s 20 bucks more for the same device. Like white the best, as it’s easier to see in low light when CoD-ing all night!
