I mean unless your headset has mic monitoring as a standard feature.

The stock controller is good for any kind of gaming experience always enjoy using it.

Better than the xbox one, the textured grip is really helpful. Other than that its just the same. Haven't really used the bluetooth feature.

I would caution that it isn't quite as light blue as the pics make it seem. It is slightly darker in person, but I think that is a good thing. I also like that the new controllers are driven by BT.

Many hours of play and still haven't needed to replace batteries. We use this one more than the one included with the console.
