Easy to set up and connects with the XBOX every time I power it up without any hiccups. The Z axis for the joy sticks could be a little smoother to actuate but not a major complaint. Would have also preferred a green controller but none were available.

Lasts only a couple seconds and fixes itself but that would be the only con of a great controller.
