Overall, the controller works well with games, and works nicely with Windows 10 once it is connected. It is a nice improvement over the old controller. I have 2 issues with it: first, the Bluetooth works well once connected. However, the controller often does not connect properly, and so you have to forget the device and reconnect it for it to work. I now use it wired as it just always works. My second issue is battery life. I wanted the Bluetooth controller for my pc as I play on a TV so I'm not sitting near the computer. However, I was going through a lot of batteries to the point that I just got a really long usb cable to leave it plugged in.
