Always great customer service there and the products we purchase from there are always great quality. My son is a huge gamer so I play a lot of products from Best buy because I know when we purchase it from there it's going to be great quality and Best buy backs all their products

(It shows up as a Bluetooth device on Windows 10, but can't be used to play games through Bluetooth; you have to use USB). Some games have different features when played on Windows 10 as opposed to the console; the games take advantage of both the keyboard and the controller when played on Windows 10.

We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox wireless controller. Just to clarify, it's possible to play games using this controller while connected via Bluetooth to a Windows 10 PC. If you're having any difficulty, we recommend first making sure that the controller's firmware is updated. Comfortable, responsive, power set up subpar to PS

The redesign of the controller is top notch, somehow surpassed the usual gold standard PlayStation model.

Thought the white would make it hard to stay clean but so far no issues. The aftermarket chargers and batteries are all black but it goes well with the other black accents on the controller.
