    While this particular controller was purchased as a Christmas gift, I have 4 of these myself. They are solidly built, and can withstand quite a beating. I should know, as I have dropped mine plenty of times! My only gripe is that when you have to connect the controller to the USB for charging, the controller briefly resets, causing the mic to disconnect and the chat audio to come through the TV speakers. Not sure if that is exclusive to this particular model, or all Xbox One controllers.
