It is a very sturdy and attractive controller. I will knock off one star due to lack of integrated battery system like the PS4 has. It is still convenient to use either batteries (rechargeables) or get a battery pack, but still an added cost. The black controller is pretty basic but gets the job done.

The only downside to this controller and why I gave it an 8 out of 10 and not 10 out of 10 is because it uses batteries (which I knew when purchasing), but the batteries go dead fairly quick in this controller. I don't use this controller often, and when I do it isn't for a large amount of time. Its always off when not in use, and I've tried multiple different types of batteries thinking maybe I was using old or not good branded batteries, but still to not avail, the batteries die quickly. So as far as use goes, it's a great product as usual, just stinks that you're constantly changing batteries.
