    And best buys replacement program is the best there is. Pay 20 bucks extra and if the controller fails for any reason in the next 2 years...they replace it. Then you pay 20 bucks again and you are covered for another 2 years. You only ever pay full price for a controller once at bestbuy...after that it's 20 bucks forever!

    great controller I had multiple issues with my Xbox remote controllers over the years., i kept replacing them with GameStop remotes and the issues kept happening all the stopped when i purchased this remote. I still suggest you purchase the geek squad warranty for extra protection.
