    Hit or miss with these controllers. I always buy the Geek Squad Replacement offer because you never know what can happen. From controller drift, deteriorating bumper response, button jams, usb port corruptions, etc. Just make sure you buy the insurance. Overall, it’s a great controller, it just depends on how aggressive you’re when using it. Do you grip it hard, press the buttons hard, etc. The more aggressive you’re the less durable it becomes.

    The controller is great and I love the textured grip but it randomly disconnects from my Xbox during play. Enough to be annoying but not enough to be unusable. I play mostly single player so may be a bigger issue in multiplayer. Haven’t had this issue with any other controller model. Actually returned my first one thinking it was the specific controller but the second one did it as well.

    Bought this controller after spending the ridiculous asking price for an elite controller only to have the bumpers fall off and the rubber grips come unglued after 3 months of use. No help from Microsoft unless I have receipt and send in my controller to receive a new one. No thanks if that’s how you treat your high end clientele.
