    Bought this controller after spending the ridiculous asking price for an elite controller only to have the bumpers fall off and the rubber grips come unglued after 3 months of use. No help from Microsoft unless I have receipt and send in my controller to receive a new one. No thanks if that’s how you treat your high end clientele.

    Purchased this as a gift for my son to replace a controller that he’d used for too many years! He raves about the “enhanced comfort” and “rubberized grip” . . . says they actually do feel more comfortable and secure. Looks like I’ll be buying another to replace his “guest” controller as well.
