Depending on how you tap the X, Y, A, and B buttons, they make a loud clicking noise; however, it doesn't impact the response time in game. When using a headset with this controller on a daily basis, the batteries can run out quickly (changing batteries every 2-3 days). This product is not sold with an adapter, but the customer can purchase one separately if desired. A cheap set of AA batteries is included in the packaging.
