Bought Xbox one at Christmas. It comes with only one controller. Received Best Buy coupon, decided to buy 2nd controller. Works as expected. Kids are happy to each have a controller so they can play two person games. Battery life isn't real long in these controllers. Invest in rechargeable AA batteries or buy them in bulk when Best Buy has them on sale.

and as I walked the Xbox section in Best Buy I ask myself as I saw this controller is the $10 worth it, the extra $10 that they're charging for this controller versus the other one because it's more ergonomically designed and the answer clearly is yes friends and family and Gamers alike yes pay the extra $10 and buy this wonderful controller

Really enjoyed the color and gameplay for my Xbox.

The xbox 360 controllers gave me absolutely no issues with the thumbsticks as far as "stick drift" or the ability to click in the thumbstick whilst still moving forward for the entire length that the system was out, that being said I cannot seem to keep an xbox one controller for longer than maybe 2 months without experiencing severe "stick drift". Feels like a popping/shifting of the thumbstick like something is broken or out of place, without touching the controller my characters would walk on their own whether it be slightly or a full pace in any direction or if in menu's it would zoom through all of the selections without me even having to touch anything at all. The reason for this is that the thumbsticks on the 360 controllers were held in by a metal(what looks to be soldered) pin versus the xbox one's flimsy plastic piece of trash. In my opinion its unacceptable for Microsoft to raise prices on products that are inferior to their prior consoles and act as if they don't know that their products are flawed in order for you to have to purchase more of them. Pictures included, the 360 controller in the photo has obviously seen many many more hours of gameplay in the exact same games as the xbox one controller and no stick drift whatsoever, the xbox one controller in the photo was less than 3 months old at the time this photo was taken but was purchased used and out of warranty so I was on my own.
