Ive had the same controller for my Day One edition Xbox One, since I got it 5 years ago. I was surprised to see the grips are rubberized and the overall build of the controller has been improved and yet the price is the same, much respect to microsoft for that.

His other controller just died that he has had for a few years. This is right up his alley for design and color scheme. The rubberized grips are particularly neat to have and the controller was a good price, so we felt like we scored on this one.

My only wish is that they would include a rechargeable battery and battery cable in the purchase of the wireless remote. By this point, it seems obvious that any console is going to have wireless capability for remotes. It seems just another way for a company to make an extra Buck. Don't forget to buy your rechargeable battery pack and recharging station!

Feels better than the original controllers that came with the xbox one console. The grips have a rubber feel for better handling, and so do the thumbsticks. With the coloring, I always know which controller is mine.
