    This new Xbox One version of their controller is a great update from the original Xbox One and 360 models. The D-pad has a great click. The hand grips have a slight (i.e. not annoying) texture that improves overall handling. The thumbsticks also have a better texture. It'll be hard to improve this controller in the future.
