It looks great and has the same control feel and reliability of the oem controller. Original price is too high for this. Wait for the sale price.

Sure, you're mostly paying a few extra bucks for the look of it, but the surface material is also a bit more ergonomic and comfortable to the touch than a baseline controller. Functionality is the same.

The old controller that came with my xbox one had failed so this was a replacement. I guess they've improved them over time, because this feels more comfortable and solid in my hands while playing

I will say although it looks good on the box it looks even better in person. Also has smooth comfortable grips on it that are slightly different than the older Xbox one controllers.
