They love playing Xbox with him and he hates taking turns lol. So this was a great gift...now they can play together. Remote works great. And family is happy.

I'm using it on my PC via bluetooth, and it works pretty well. Keep in mind you'll need to also install the Xbox Accessories app from the Windows app store, then plug the controller in via USB to update it. After that it should work pretty well. However, prepare for some occasional wonkiness, i.e. sometimes rumble doesn't work in Microsoft's own games like Forza.

The guy who helped us out was great it helps when you buy the insurance. He exchanged the remote for us and we were in and out.

Right off the top the home button had to be pushed very hard to use any settings. The sound would drop off and finally the unit just quit. After several tries I got it to restart but he damage was done had to take back. Replaced with black controller and no known issues and I've had this one longer than the white one, even the home button feels different.

I can't tell you how many batteries we went through f/my son's controller. I don't know why Microsoft still makes controllers that require batteries. If this controller doesn't hold up, then Microsoft needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to controllers b/c the life expectancy is poor, at least in my house.
