They know most people aren't playing alone so they figure if you get only 1 controller then you'll be forced to purchase more.

I definitely recommend purchasing the protection plan too because he messed the buttons up and all I had to do was bring it into the store and I was in and out.

We needed a second one to avoid any disagreements between our children about who’s remote was who’s. Boom problem solved, now we have 1 black and 1 white remote!

I picked white so I can use it with my white themed PC build.

Seems to be a decent enough controller. The finish isn't as smooth as the older models, but I like the soft texture feeling. Easily sync'd with my Xbox

One thing I can say is signal is shaky occasionally unlike the wired one. I have both.
