The return process was easy and we were able to find a replacement online. Shipping was fast and my son is happy again!

You think it might not be worth it but it is since things break over time. At least you would be covered for 2 years so I think it’s worth it.

Its a new Microsoft(r) Xbox One Controller. What else is there to say? Love it or not, you are getting what you are expecting.

It is a good controller, runs on AA x2 batteries, has good range and works exactly like the stock controller
