My old controller broke, and this was perfect for a replacement. Not too expensive, not too cheap.

The standard Xbox One controller is great, but after gaming on the Xbox One Elite for so long, it feels lacking. However, I needed a white controller for an all-white setup (on a budget) and this is your only option in town without going into custom (more expensive) options. If you need white, and have the money to spend, maybe look into a custom elite controller, but otherwise, this is the second best gamepad on the market today, in white.

I like this controller a lot. Got a nice deal on it over the holiday and it was totally worth it.

The best thing about this controller is they way it looks. While im playing games I cant help but look at the controller and be in awe of how good the color combination is on it. Its the same as any other controller but in my opinion a step above simply cause of the design.

Exactly what you are expecting. Solid controller, solidly built, and with a color scheme that stands out. Don’t buy any 3rd party controllers, stick with the brand your gaming console is. This is the controller you need.

My son had the OLD controller that was not wireless. He would use his phone on speaker to talk to his friends when playing fortnite. He now has the wireless head set and controller so I don't have to listen to the conversations on speaker phone. He is happy and so am I.

Controller works exactly as expected. Even though it is white have no issues with it showing dirt

Great product I broke my previous one so I got this one during the Black Friday sale it is an amazing product I got an amazing price I like the color and the grips it the offers on the backside which is different from normal Xbox one controllers

This wireless controller is really great and I don’t even have to be in the room for it to work.

The controller is like any other old xbox controller, except for the marking in the middle, and the back of the controller has a texture which helps it grip better in your hands. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is that it scuffs incredibly easy, after about an hour of regular use, the triggers started to get scuffed in one small spot after a day or two of use. Would buy again though

This was a pretty standard purchase. My 7-year old really wanted a black controller. I totally recommend buying the additional insurance. I've returned multiple times do to accidental drops and its always no questions asked.

It works with Windows 10, obviously. And it works with macOS Catalina and iOS 13. It's a little tricky to connect it to iOS devices, from my experience, it will only succeed after failing the first try, but it's probably Apple's fault. One thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't automatically turn off when you disconnect it on PC/Mac/iPhone, you have to take out the batteries.

It came in the mail with no dents on the box, the controller works just fine and looks great and it arrived a few days earlier than expected! Overall pleased with my purchase! Yet to have been disappointed with the orders I've placed with y'all!

If you need a new controller it’s best to go with the Microsoft brand and not one of the others.

All of the Xbox controllers will have an issue. Most come sooner than later. This will be my 4th or so controller. (I have 4 seperate controllers however, this exact one is now on its 4th or 5th return because of seperate issues. (broken right trigger, another w a left joystick issue, another right bumper issue, and the last i remember was the left trigger just simply broke on the inside and i could hear items inside moving. My controllers are placed on rechargable battery holders when not used, no other chances of them being broken another way. The controller is amazing when new. after some use, it makes the additional warranty worth it. Just remember if you use it, the next controller you get DOES NOT have the remainder of the warranty passed along, and you are FORCED to buy another warranty. - upsetting because after issue one, the 2nd controller was with me for less than a week after 30 days then was useless. Thus my leaning towards a 2 but gave a 3 because out of my 4 controllers, only one didn't need to use its 2 yr extended warranty - still works great

Need it for multiple player games. Nothing big here. It works just like one that came with Xbox.
