This replacement controller for the XBox One works as expected being from the manufacturer of the console. Easy to connect and works well with rechargable batteries as well as regular AA's. I know there is quite a bit of tech in these devices, but they still feel pricey given the propensity for them to be broken, with a little force to the joystick (typically by dropping) it is possible the movement can be hampered.

I figured this was just another XBox One controller albeit in a different color. This controller seems to be a little different, though, in that it occasionally needs an update. The process is pretty simple and the XBox one handles the process, but this was something I never encountered with any of my other XBox One controllers. I have to wonder what makes this one special. Along those lines, I have noticed since the last update that starting my XBox One with this controller will cause the XBox One to freeze. I cannot confirm yet that it is because of this specific controller, but I had not experienced that problem until after the most recent update for this controller. For what it's worth, the A, B, X, and Y buttons are not color coded in and of themselves. Rather, there is a little color dot off to the side of the respective buttons. Not a huge deal, but I personally would have preferred that the buttons (or maybe the letters themselves) were colored. I did not notice this when initially purchasing the controller, but now that I am aware of it, I find it somewhat annoying. Given these two issues, I would probably recommend that you purchase a different XBox One controller (unless you are absolutely enamored with the color).

Works great when not used a a dogs chew toy. Like that you can get different colors.

This Xbox one controller is so cool! The color is what first attracted me to it. My son said I "needed" to but it so he could teach me to play video games with him! So I bought it, and now we spend a bit of time together doing that! Fun and a new skills! Hahahaha!

After a few months of use it now has that nasty plastic creaking from normal wear and tear. My original controller isn't this bad

Love the feel. Nice smooth buttons and the the bumpers have nice feedback. I use this controller all the time for long hours. Fits ergonomically in my hands. Definitely would by again.

i still prefer the wiiu and switch pro controller for comfort and quality. xbox controllers, despite no built in rechargeable battery, still hold the number 2 spot for me, with sony coming in third. actually what i expected. i feel like people aren't aware of the amount of tech packed into controllers these days for 60-80$. worth the price.

Very good construction. Built to withstand everyday usage. Very comfortable to use.

I am a Playstation guy, but I also game on PC. I bought this because I started buying more games that would be better served to have a controller or a mouse. Works great and is compatible with most PC games.

I don’t know why it matters what your controller looks like but i love the gray tones with the small bursts of color. If you use a controller charger, you probably won’t find a back cover to match (we use rechargeable batteries so it’s not a problem)

Bought for my wife she wanted a controller with hand grips. She loves it, good buy!

This controller came as a bundle with the purchase of the console. It saved me $50.

This controller works as well as any other Xbox controller. We decided, though, that we wanted each controller to be a different color so that they're easier to keep track of (i.e. the blue controller is dead, but I just charged the black one). It makes it less confusing.

Bought brand new. Works much better than the one packaged with the system actually!

It's white, it has buttons, a d-pad, and 2 analog sticks. What more could you want?

If provided with another opportunity, I would buy another controller for the price.
