Bought this controller AFTER I bought and returned Cross-Compatible "(Latest Model)" controller. Series X Cross-Compatible controller IS NOT compatible with Xbox One and had significant lag in controller response. If you need fresh sticks for your Xbox One, find one of the older models like this and not the new models.
