Have 4stars only because first one bought the right trigger was defective but after returning it for another worked as it was suppose to.

Only reason I give it a 4 star is because i had to take it back and get another one because the first one wasn't working properly. but 2nd one works great.

The two-toned accent and all blue buttons made her happy. As with all products I've received via shipping from Best Buy, this product came packaged well to ensure it camein great shape. Zero dead zones on the thumbsticks and connected to the Xbox right away. I have had generic controllers that would lose connection before. Buy Microsoft's controllers for this reason.
