They are solidly built, and can withstand quite a beating. I should know, as I have dropped mine plenty of times! My only gripe is that when you have to connect the controller to the USB for charging, the controller briefly resets, causing the mic to disconnect and the chat audio to come through the TV speakers. Not sure if that is exclusive to this particular model, or all Xbox One controllers.

Good quality - better than aftermarket

Using it on bluetooth wireless but also supports wired function, does not come with micro usb cable or bluetooth receiver, purchased separately for relatively cheap. My hands are about medium size and it fits comfortably. setup was easy on my windows 10 pc, I believe older versions of windows like 7 does not support bluetooth function but you could probably get it work wirelessly with the xbox controller dongle.
