When i first got it, i was able to plug in my headset with no problem, but after a few times of using it, it just stopped picking up on my headset. I ended up giving this controller to a friend that has a bluetooth headset and it’s perfectly fine.

We're sorry that you experienced an issue with your Phantom Black Xbox wireless controller. While the controller does have built-in Bluetooth support, it's not compatible with wireless headsets.
