Wireless is the way to go for gaming controllers. Allows for you to play freely from wherever you are in the room. It also saves you from all the tangling of wires which eventually leads to damaging the cord and in turn making the controller non-functional and useless. Worth the little extra investment. Trust me.

Best Controller option for Xbox Casuals

The solid construction makes it feel more durable. The grip on the back of the controller seems like it doesn't help much, until you pick up a controller that doesn't have the grip. Also (personal preference) the white is super cool. If you aren't going to buy the Elite controller this is easily the controller you need. The bluetooth capabilities makes it super easy to pair to my computer, then switch back to my xbox.

Lo and behold I had a choice between black and white and since white denotes the good guys I chose the White. Very happy and easier to spot on the coffee table in the dark....
