All of the Xbox controllers will have an issue. Most come sooner than later. This will be my 4th or so controller. (I have 4 seperate controllers however, this exact one is now on its 4th or 5th return because of seperate issues. (broken right trigger, another w a left joystick issue, another right bumper issue, and the last i remember was the left trigger just simply broke on the inside and i could hear items inside moving. My controllers are placed on rechargable battery holders when not used, no other chances of them being broken another way. The controller is amazing when new. after some use, it makes the additional warranty worth it. Just remember if you use it, the next controller you get DOES NOT have the remainder of the warranty passed along, and you are FORCED to buy another warranty. - upsetting because after issue one, the 2nd controller was with me for less than a week after 30 days then was useless. Thus my leaning towards a 2 but gave a 3 because out of my 4 controllers, only one didn't need to use its 2 yr extended warranty - still works great

Exactly what you are expecting. Solid controller, solidly built, and with a color scheme that stands out. Don’t buy any 3rd party controllers, stick with the brand your gaming console is. This is the controller you need.

I work landscaping business, my hands are always dirty even after i wash them, and lets face it sometimes i just wanna pick up the controller and play when i get home from work and blow things up.. the black controller def hides the dirt way better than the white controller.

It's the same controller that came with the Xbox. I find it sturdy, reliable, and comfortable.

The XBox One controller was already a great controller, but with the new textured grips and the addition of Bluetooth just made it even better. There are two problems with the bluetooth functionality though. 1. The bluetooth will not carry voice so you cannot plug a headset into the controller to chat on PC through bluetooth. 2. You cannot use the controller interchangeably between PC and XBox. You either pair it to the XBox or you pair it by bluetooth.

Got this in a hurry since the kids left one of their controllers at home. It’s good to have a spare since kids bring their Xbox One on the road. Works just fine as an extra controller.

To me, this controller is about as clean as it gets. All white with just a touch of black on the buttons. I personally think this is the best looking controller on the market. Works exactly as expected. Highly recommended.. especially if you have the Xbox One S.

good controller and stands up to lots of playtime. The bright blue is always easy to find.

I was on the fence between an XBOX and PS4 and the controller was one of the big reasons. Since the XBOX was quite a bit cheaper I went in with the idea that if I didn't like the controller I could just return the system; I really have enjoyed the controller. It has been a great decision!

Bought for a Christmas present, They send me links of what they want, Every year I have to buy one for one or two of my grands. Some like wired and some like wireless. They are happy and I'm happy with the sale price.
